Hello Everyone,
My name is Rebel, but I am just a sweet loving guy. I am at my foster home now and we are having a pretty bad storm right now. I am not real happy with all the noise, so I decided to "blog" some to get my mind on happier things.
Yesterday was a pretty busy day for me. I got up early and rode for a while, then they put me in another vehicle and we rode some more, then some people did some things to me that were different but not all bad (like my bath). Then I slept in the crate some and a lot of people came by to say hello. Then it was another car ride and then I met my new FM (foster Mom). She was real nice to me and gave me lots of kisses and lots of scratches. Then she put me in another vehicle and we came to this place that FM calls my foster home. I was pretty tired last night so I slept all night in a crate just the way I have done my whole life.
I like it here at my foster home. There are three other greyhounds here, so I feel right at home. There are some strange things here, however. There are several places where I look and there is another greyhound looking back at me. Every time I move, he moves. I would really like to get to see that dog better, but he won't come out. FM says it is my reflection, but I don't know what that is. I just hope that "reflection" doesn't try to eat my food.
There are lots of soft beds here, but being the new guy, I have to take the left overs. Everyone moves around so I get to try all the beds eventually. My FM gives me lots of kisses and attention. I am not sure about all the "love" but I think I like it.
I sure feel comfortable here, but I want to have my own home. Might that be with you? Let's meet and see if we can do the "Rebel Yell" together.
Until later, Rebel
